Somatic Education for Individuals and Couples
Using tools from years of practice in massage therapy, Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, embodied consent, yoga and more recent training in Somatic Experiencing, I aim to help you learn the language of your body as a resource for comfort, and a tool for guiding you to right relationship with yourself and others. I’ll assist you in building skills for noticing the information your body is sending you, and encourage a balance between your cognitive and somatic skills. Learning this language can help with a wide range of issues including chronic pain, grief, relationship discord, anxiety, depression, trauma patterns, and more; let me help you.
